About Philip Garland

Philip Garland is president of Lexington Land Developers, a residential land development company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Garland founded the company in 1981 and has completed numerous beautiful housing developments in the Keystone State over the past 43 years.

Some of Garland’s projects include a 122-unit multi-residential development and 98-unit, 45-unit, and 46-unit residential developments.

Having built his business from scratch and made it a success, Garland understands what it takes to get a company off the ground and keep it profitable. Over the years, he has helped others do the same, including providing the funds to do so. For example, he sponsored the funds needed to start Reed Concrete.

Philip Garland of Lancaster, PA, attended Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology for two years, graduating in 1981. He studied carpentry and was a top graduate. The school recognized his achievements by awarding him the most honorable and highest award upon graduating. The award, which dates back to 1920, is only given to one graduate every year.
